PMP, IPMA, Prince2, which method for our projects?

There are a lot of methods or standards for project management. PMP/PMI, IPMA and Prince2 are the most well known ones, but it depends from country to country and from sector to sector. And there are many more standards available, not to forget Agile and Scrum as an alternative approache to doing projects.

As there are good parts and not so good parts in any of these methods we have decided not to hang on to one particular system. In many situations the project management standards provide an overkill to projectmanagement. A simpler, more down to earth approach is better for most projects. In an intake we will investigate this and decide with you what suits your needs best and train your people with a method that suits your projects.
